Cvent - Registration & Attendance Integration Guide
The Registration integration with Cvent can pull data from your Cvent Registration and Event object into the webcast platform. The Cvent webcast integration requires a managed integration.

When you contact us regarding a Managed Integration, we will discuss all the individual fields that are available and setup the connection as required for your project. Typically, the fields that are passed match with standard webcast registration fields, such as:
Once your managed integration is setup with our support team, you will enable the registration pass in the Cvent platform by entering your Webcast EventID in the Custom Fields section of the Event Information settings.
In addition to sending webcast registration from Cvent to the webcast platform, you can also request that your managed integration send Event Participation flags to Cvent. With this setting the managed integration will update your Registrants as participating or not. This flag is set when a viewer attends a live, on-demand or SIM Live webcast. These settings can be customized, please discuss with the support team when setting up your managed integration.
