Why does my video player continuously flash with a "Buffering" message without playing video?

- Live and ondemand Flash streams should begin playing within 5 seconds but may take longer based on network congestion. If you continue to receive a "Buffering" status message for longer than 45 seconds you may have an issue receiving the stream due to a lack of bandwidth or may have a firewall or network proxy that is blocking all streaming traffic. In either case you should talk to your local technical support center for assistance.

Why is my flash video freezing after entering full screen mode?

Certain versions of Flash player can freeze during full screen playback. The fastest solution to this problem is to right-click on the Flash player. Choose "Settings" then the "Display" tab on the left. Under this section uncheck "Enable hardware acceleration", close the dialog box and refresh your Web browser.
